**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for fit-out and joinery projects.
- Prepare tender documents,
including bills of quantities and specifications.
- Analyze tender submissions and select suitable subcontractors.
- Manage the procurement process for materials and subcontract packages.
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports.
- Manage variations and claims.
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of [number] years of experience in the fit-out and joinery industry.
