**Opportunity: Rental and Sales Agents for Secondary Market with Experience.**

**Responsibilities**:
- **Rental Agents**: Assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their needs and budget. Coordinate property viewings, negotiate lease terms,
and facilitate the rental process from start to finish.
- **Sales Agents**: Guide clients through the sales process, from listing their property to closing the deal. Utilize effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers, conduct property showings, and negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of sales or customer service excellence (preferred)
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one (required)
