**Job Overview**:As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, creating, and nurturing new business opportunities for the social media agency. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, expand the client base, and enhance the agency's market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:Identify and prospect potential clients in need of social media services.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

**Strategic Planning**:Collaborate with senior management to develop business development strategies.






Set ambitious but achievable targets for revenue growth and client acquisition.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

**Proposal Development**:Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Work closely with the creative and delivery teams to align proposals with the agency's capabilities.
