**Responsibilities**:
Attend site surveys and progress meetings for projects, meeting customers, sales team, and contractors.
- Organise drawings by the technicians
- Release production requests for new orders to the procurement team
- Keep the customer updated on the progress of his project in every stage (ordering, transit, delivery, installation, hand over)
- Coordinate with customer/contractor for the successful completion of projects within the agreed timeline
- Plan a daily installation schedule to meet the needs of the customer, contractors and the company.
- Takes complete ownership of the entire project, ensuring that exact specifications are delivered and all products and workmanship are of the very best standard.
- Organise all documentation, handovers, cleaning and guarantees.
- Ensure the customer has been wowed by all aspect of our products and service.
- Be an advocate of excellence
Skills and Attributes:
- Working knowledge of Autocad, MS Office tools (Excel, Word, MS Project)
- Preference given to qualified civil engineers
- UAE Driving license is essential
- Excellent problem-solving and organisation skills
- Proactive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Can join Immediately
