We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the cost estimation and quantity surveying processes for fitout and interior design projects. Your expertise will ensure accurate cost forecasting, budget management, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:







- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantities for fitout and interior design projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to determine scope and requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate cost databases and cost models.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely cost assessments.
- Manage procurement processes, including obtaining and reviewing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular cost reports and forecasts.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Provide support in negotiation and settlement of claims, variations, and disputes.
- Analyzing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assessing the financial, technical and operational risks of the project






- Visiting project sites to gather information
- Staying aware of the latest construction technologies
- Inputting into decisions over whether to bid for the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the **fitout and interior design industry** in UAE. (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, Bluebeam).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail.
- Valid UAE driving license (Preferable)






- knowledge in fit-out industry (including joinery and good MEP knowledge) is a must.
- Immediate Joiner (mandatory)
