As a member of the Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience are essential in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks in guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as hallways, corridors, and lobby spaces.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in back-of-house areas, including laundry rooms and storage areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust various surfaces throughout the hotel.
- Stock and replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other members of the housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning goals.
- Uphold hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards to meet guest expectations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly and approachable demeanor.
