AHS, a renowned real estate company, is seeking a highly professional and experienced Private Head Butler / Private House Manager to join our team.
As the Private Head Butler / Private House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of private estates within our portfolio.
This is a prestigious and challenging role that requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide personalized service to discerning clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of domestic staff, including butlers, housekeepers, maintenance personnel, and gardeners
- Coordinate and oversee all activities within the private estate,
ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the property
- Anticipate and fulfill the unique needs and preferences of the residents, providing personalized and attentive service
- Manage budgets, inventories, and purchasing for the estate
- Coordinate and manage external service providers such as contractors, suppliers, and event planners
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and security regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Private Head Butler, Private House Manager, or in a similar role overseeing luxury private estates
- Exceptional knowledge of household management, service etiquette, and maintenance practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends, as required
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology
- Valid driver's license
