SearchPlus HR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to enhance our dedicated healthcare team. In this essential role, you will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective treatment plans. Your responsibilities will also include educating patients and their families about health management, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development of nursing care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach.
- Prior nursing experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
