JD AssistantManager / Business Development ( Automotive)

Job Responsibilities :
Develop longterm and shortterm Sales strategies in order to have profitable andlong term business association with OEMsand Dealerships.
Coordinate for commercials related discussion withOEMs / Dealers.
Generate newsales from a portfolio of accounts to achieve quarterly and annualsalestargets.
Identify newpotential customers within the allocated geographical area andimplement business developmentactivities.
Monitor customerfeedback and satisfaction with the company and itsproducts.
Providecustomers and potential customers with information about companyproducts andservices.
Maintainawareness of the market (clients competitors suppliers)
and use anyrelevant information to increase the conversionrate.
Maintainawareness of development in sales process and productdevelopment.
Sales forecasting by monthly / Quarterly wise and ensure Sales plan execution
Achieve assignedsales for our products in the assigned territory; operate withinassigned expense budget and achieve newproduct sales program.
Network andgathering competition information and advice managementwith significant marketinformation.
Liaiseinternally with all Designers and Product engineers and report newproduct ideas.
The role will involve commercial operational & financial responsibility across the vertical.
Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Bachelor s degreein Engineer & MBAMarketing & Sales
Experience in Automotive industry onlyExperience in AutomotiveAccessories
Experience : 6 to 8 years in automotive Industry like entertainment system bodykits interior accessories sensors badges leather products wireless charging HUD s etc
