Logistics Coordinator

Plan and coordinate logistics operations, liaising with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers and transportation companies.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, documentation and transportation.
- Update and Report on Delivery, Collection and Pending tasks
- Manage Fleet productively and efficiently.
- Track Shipments and communicate with Sales/Purchase and Production Departments.
- Assist in the Selection of Carriers and keep all appropriate documentation and service-level agreements.
- Prepare shipping documents as per the local Customs/FTA requirements.
- Prepare **LGP**s and monitor the daily and weekly movement.






- handling DG goods (import/export /storage)
- Plan and arrange daily local collection and delivery.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues and refer to the manager, if and when required.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure Carrier Compliance with Company Policies or Procedures for Product Transit or Delivery.
- Arrange Proof of Delivery (**POD**) for each shipment and send a Report to the Finance Department for the Payment Collection every week.
- Ensure Compliance with all regulatory requirements (Jebel Ali Customs/FTA/SIRA/Chamber)
- Proper filing of supporting documents upon completion of each export shipment.
- Dispatch original export-shipping documents to customers on time.
- Bachelor’s degree-Logistics
- Work experience in JAFZA is a must.






- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations
- Experience in processing shipments using UPS/DHL/FedEx Software
- Certificate from Dubai customs
- DG Certificate preferable
