- Install and repair finishes, such as laminates. Perform rough-in framing for doors, frames, windows, and cabinetry. Repair, maintain, and construct wood structures such as partitions, doors, furniture, and similar items throughout the property. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Order items,





including filling out requisitions,
- Responsible for repairing, maintaining, and constructing wood structures such as partitions, doors, furniture, and similar items throughout the hotel.
- Receive and follow day-to-day maintenance calls given by the Maintenance Manager
- Measuring dimensions of spaces
- Ensuring doors and windows work properly
- New installation joinery work such as gypsum partitions, doors, windows, wardrobes, cabinets, etc.
- Modification and troubleshooting for any related to carpentry such as furniture assemble and dismantle
- Assist the team whenever requested for any issues to complete the project smoothly and safely
- Study for consumable spare parts rectification and repair instead of replacement within limitation for saving and safety consideration
- Installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work
- Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures

**Requirements**:







- Proven experience as a carpenter, demonstrating expertise in woodworking and craftsmanship.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, ensuring accurate and seamless work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset for custom carpentry projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Valid UAE driving license.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:







- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
