**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Proactively call potential clients to generate and convert sales leads.
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond to inbound inquiries, deliver top-notch service, and resolve client questions.
- **CRM Management**:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to build and strengthen relationships.
- **Sales Performance**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to implement lead generation strategies and achieve collective goals.
- **Product Expertise**: Gain comprehensive knowledge of our real estate services to effectively sell their benefits.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales. Customer service experience with a strong focus on sales will be considered.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- **Skills**: Strong persuasive communication, negotiation skills, and self-motivation.
- **Teamwork & Independence**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred**:
- **UAE Driving License** is a plus.
- **Bilingual**: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
