**Responsibilities**:
- Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR databases
- Providing guidance and support to employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers
- Managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations
- Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Preparing HR reports and presenting findings to management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in monitoring, employee relations, and performance management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
