One of our reputed client in the Travel industry is looking to hire Corporate Sales Manager. They are looking for someone in generating strong network of clients

Scope and general purpose
- Should have above average understanding of travel technologies and should have proven skills in “innovation” in previous roles.

Main duties
- Create viable strategies and write the roadmap to develop corporate sales in the short, medium and long term by identifying streams to ensure overall growth in sales and revenues.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Research and find potential clients. Attend a variety of client meetings including new business and existing business,





including creating presentations and presenting the same to all levels of audiences.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
- Budgeting the department expenditure and revenues along with managing client’s business volume.
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients. Conduct seminars.
- Involving the team to win new deals as a team and interact closely with client to ensure smooth interaction and successful execution.
- Writing reports and submitting them punctually and consistently.
- Providing management with feedback on the positive results achieved from clients and discuss required areas of support. Support the accounts department for the collection of sales.
- Attend competitive events to source new clients, suppliers, industry trends and information
- Be ambassador of company internally and externally
- Collate and answer RFP/RFQ requests.

**Experience**:
**Education**:
Graduate in any discipline.
- Recognized travel qualifications - IATA / UFTAA






- Other certifications/personality development trainings/volunteering activities undertaken
- Essential skills:

- Domain knowledge of travel industry in general and corporate sales in particular
- Good customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Team spirit, Planning, organizing, communication, forecasting, budgeting, Implementation, controlling, analytical, supplier relationship, delegation, reporting, computer savvy, legal formalities, supplier negotiation
- Travel agency front, mid & back-office systems
- Understanding of IT tools and process.
- Managing, monitoring, mentoring and motivating teams
- Technical Competencies:

- CRS - Computer Reservations Systems, Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook etc...), Fair knowledge of world geography, BI & MI Skills,





Fair knowledge of AI & ML Above average proficiency in travel technologies.

Languages:

- English fluent (Written and oral)
- Arabic & other international languages would be an advantage
- Special working conditions:

- Required to be flexible concerning working hours as role may require work outside normal business hours and shifts

**Salary**: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
