**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and organize the daily cleaning schedule.
- Coordinate with cleaning teams, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline scheduling processes.
- Handle incoming sales leads and convert them into scheduled services.

**Requirements**:







- Proven experience as a Scheduler or Dispatcher in the cleaning services industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with cleaning service procedures and logistics.
- Proficiency in relevant scheduling software.
