**We are looking for confident individuals with excellent leasing skills, willing to work as a Secondary Agent.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Complete knowledge in Profolio, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut portals, etc.
- Exceptional knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends, laws, and regulations.
- Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.






- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met

- Friendly and pleasant Personality tidy appearance.

Excellent communication skills in English
- Sufficient work knowledge in MS Office
- Well-organized and detail-oriented

**Minimum of 1-2 years experience**
