- Act as first point of contact
- Monitor driver sheets and prepare proper record of the invoices
- Follow the Company’s rules and regulations and co-operate with the staff
- Update various spreadsheet and other general administrative duties as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls and transferring to concern person
- Printing orders and forward to dispatch department
- Distribute mail, Filing and sorting documents
- Assist the logistics department
- Monitor and order office supplies

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month







**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
