**TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL SKILLS**
- Guarantying the good proceedings of service and participating to the whole operation from welcoming the client to her/his checkout
- Guarantying the quality and the follow-up of service
- Organizing the welcoming of clients, creating and developing customer loyalty
- Developing a commercial behavior in order to improve the indicator of performance of the point of sale
- Maintaining direct contacts with the VIP and loyal customers
- Handling potential delicate situations with clients
- Supervising the making of orders and its billing
- Checking the quality of products on sale
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.

**MANAGEMENT / SUPERVISORY STAFF**






- Collecting and spreading information
- Controlling the hygiene, conducts and uniforms of the staff and the good presentation of the point of sale according to the procedures of the shop and the HACCP norms
- Welcoming and training the new co-workers
- Organizing the work of the crew
- Checking if the standards of the quality and the procedures of service are put into practice and respected
- Checking if both the packaging and merchandising charters are respected
- Management of schedules every day.
- Leading the daily briefings with the staff
- Coordinating the presence of the co-workers in the different point of sale according to the attendance levels of clients so as to maximize the revenue of the society
- Excellent presentation and manner of speaking

**Education/ Qualification**
- Certification in Food and Beverage/ Catering would be an advantage

**Experience**
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in fast paced high-end restaurant.







**Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge**
- Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing).
- Interest and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
