Sales Representative in Amer Lounge

**Salary: 2,000 - 3,000 + commission**

**PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WITH EXPERIENCE IN AMER CENTERS**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Actively prospect and acquire new clients for the Amer lounge's visa and residency services. Identify potential customers through various channels such as networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- **Client Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their visa and residency needs. Provide detailed information about available services, packages, and pricing options.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations to highlight the benefits and value proposition of the Amer lounge's services.





Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and preferences of each client.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare customized service proposals and quotations based on the client's requirements and budget. Clearly outline the scope of services, pricing details, and terms of engagement.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Engage in effective negotiation discussions with clients to address any concerns or objections and secure sales agreements. Close deals in a timely manner while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the visa and residency process.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the visa and residency services sector. Gather market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.






- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software or other tracking tools. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales techniques and customer relationship management are advantageous.
- **Experience**: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the services industry. Experience selling visa, residency, or immigration-related services is highly desirable.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections,





and close deals effectively. Demonstrated experience in consultative selling and solution-based approach.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages spoken in Dubai is a plus.
- **Negotiation**: Solid negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements and handle objections diplomatically.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using sales and CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.





Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
