Looking for Senior Design Coordinator will contribute to the efficient execution of projects within the company. This role involves coordinating various aspects of multidisciplinary design, ensuring seamless communication among project teams, and facilitating administrative tasks to contribute to the success of architectural initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of architectural activities.

- Monitor project timelines and deliverables related to architectural design.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Act as a liaison between architectural teams, clients, and other project stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure all architectural aspects are communicated and understood.
- Address and resolve architectural-related queries and issues.
- Maintain accurate architectural project documentation and records.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates specific to architectural components.
- Organize and file architectural drawings and project-related documents.
- Contribute to maintaining architectural design quality standards and compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure architectural deliverables meet specifications.
- Act as a liaison between architectural teams, clients, and other project stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure all architectural aspects are communicated and understood.
- Address and resolve architectural-related queries and issues.
- Adhere to company policies, code of conduct,
conflict of interest, standards, rules and regulations at all times.
- Always prioritize keeping employee information and sensitive data confidential.
- Prioritize and ensure full compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies established by the company.
- Accurate and On Time submissions of balanced scorecard
Candidate Requirements:
- Attested Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of total experience in structural design and coordination within the construction industry.
- Previous experience in project management or coordination roles preferred.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with construction processes and practices.
Skills
Skills:
- Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, etc.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Structural analysis and design expertise.
