Job Description : As a Project Manager for Project Management Services Civil, you will be responsible for the successful execution of civil projects under the supervision of the Head of Project Management or the Operations Manager of Delivery.
Your role will require managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that each project is executed safely, efficiently, and within the established time and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage projects under the supervision of the Head of Project Management / Operations Manager of Delivery.
- Identify project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) at the initiation phase of each project.- Ensure safe, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective project implementation.
- Maximize resource capacity utilization and efficiency across projects.- Ensure project management software is available and efficiently used.
- Serve as the main point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for assigned projects.- Provide timely, proactive reporting to management on project activities, deviations, and achievements on at least a weekly basis.
- Accurately measure and report project progress, productivity, remaining work, costs, and time, ensuring reliable financial forecasting and cost recognition.
- Actively suggest and implement improvements to overall project performance.- Lead project control, engineering, and procurement efforts within assigned projects.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed according to the agreed-upon quality, scope, and schedule.- Verify any scope changes in terms of time and cost, and present them to management for approval.
- Ensure the planned cash flow for each project is achieved.- Ensure all interdisciplinary and quality checks are completed effectively.
Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing civil projects.
- UAE experience is mandatory.- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented,
and highly organized.- Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure.
