Responsibilities

1. Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobby areas, and other assigned areas
2. Emptying trash from designated areas
3. Sanitizing bathrooms and restocking supplies
4. Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
5. Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
6.





Following safety procedures in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
7. Notifying management of any repairs or maintenance needs

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. At least 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or a related field
3. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their appropriate usage
4. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture
5. Strong work ethic and attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Prior experience in facility management (such as hospitals or malls) is advantageous
