Providing administrative support to the sales and leasing teams, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinating with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
- Maintaining accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Handling inquiries from clients and other parties in a professional and timely manner.
- Assisting in other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not required.
