You would be actively promoting our project, building your broker network, attending property viewings with prospective buyers and/or tenants and keeping up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws,
competitors, and marketing activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Source potential investors.
- Effectively consult with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects and investment options in line with their requirements.
- Work effectively in converting company-assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales.
- Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs.
- Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities of properties.
- Finalise the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Follow up on all clients to maximise sales opportunities.
- Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions.
- Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making.
- Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis
- Ensure regular visit to check on the inventory of product personally, asses them before showing them to prospective clients
- Analyze client’s requirements as per their preference of properties and be effectively able to read between the lines and cater to the premium requirements

**Qualifications & Expertise**:
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the real estate market in the UAE.
- Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
