We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Civil Inspector** to join the **NASEC Dubai** team. As a Civil Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, codes, and standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct inspections of civil works including earthworks, concrete works, structural steel works, and paving.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance.
- Monitor construction activities to verify that materials, workmanship,





and installations conform to project requirements.
- Document and report inspection findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Conduct field tests and measurements as needed.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven **2-5 years experience in the UAE** as a Civil Inspector or similar role in construction projects.
- Thorough knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledgeable in using **REVIT** is preferred.
