As a Global Leader - Industrial Solutions Customer Engagement, you will be preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
Developing vision on an important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective.
You will Lead business development planning processes for this market.
**As a Proposals, you will be responsible for**:
- Leading a global team of engagement managers driving enterprise engagements covering Industrial Solutions portfolio.
- Developing and driving a consulting led approach to enterprise engagements, based in value discovery, delivery and rationalization.
- Developing and leading with new unconventional commercial models to scale enterprise deployment of IS offerings in the market.
- Championing the cause of customers and a partnership oriented, success based approach of scaling solutions with customers.
- Partnering with account team, solution architects to strategize and lead the deal towards a successful execution.
**Fuel your passion**
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have a bachelor's degree and Management degree.
- Have a minimum of 10 additional years' of experience in strategic sales and business development.
- Have experience in a consultancy firm.
- Have a prior leadership experience in leading global functional teams.
