Are you a driven and fluent Arabic speaker passionate about sales? Join our dynamic team as a Female Telesales Representative in Dubai!
At Serdar Properties, we're looking for an ambitious individual who thrives on making successful sales and engaging with clients over the phone. If you're experienced in telesales and seeking an opportunity to maximize your earning potential, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively call potential clients to generate and convert sales leads.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries,
deliver top-notch service, and resolve client questions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to build and strengthen relationships.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to implement lead generation strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Product Expertise: Gain comprehensive knowledge of our real estate services to effectively sell their benefits.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales. Customer service experience with a strong focus on sales will be considered.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Skills: Strong persuasive communication, negotiation skills, and self-motivation.
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- UAE Driving License is a plus.
- Bilingual:
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
