FAYY Health is seeking a dedicated patient care coordinator fluent in Arabic, English and available to join immediately. This role is essential in ensuring our patients receive the best care experience when they enter our clinic. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to patients by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
- Coordinate patient care between doctors, nurses,





and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure patients understand their treatment plans and follow-up schedules.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient information.
- Assist in insurance-related processes and billing coordination.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
