Architectural Draughtsman

River Island Interiors is seeking a skilled and experienced **Joinery Draftsman** to join our dynamic team.

You will work closely with the design and project teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring that all drawings meet industry standards and project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **joinery drawings for furniture, cabinetry, and interior fittings** based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project teams to understand the design intent and translate it into technical drawings.
- Ensure that all drawings are accurate, to scale, and meet the client's requirements as well as relevant standards.
- **Review architectural drawings**,





and make adjustments to ensure compatibility with the overall design.
- **Participate in site visits and inspections** to ensure joinery designs are executed as per drawings.
- Work closely with the production team to solve any technical issues that arise during manufacturing or installation.
- Maintain organized records of all design drawings and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience in joinery and carpentry drafting.
- Education: Diploma or degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Sketch

Up**, and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of joinery materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
