Exceptional Guest Service: Provide outstanding guest service by actively listening, addressing concerns, and anticipating needs. Delight guests with genuine appreciation and positive interactions.
Efficient Check-in/Check-out Operations: Coordinate smooth check-in/check-out processes, confirming reservations, securing valid payment, and resolving any issues promptly.
VIP/Concierge Services: Enhance guest experience by offering personalized recommendations, arranging special services, and staying informed about property amenities and local attractions.
Cash Handling and Reporting: Ensure accurate processing of various payment types and perform daily cash handling tasks.
Team Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with coworkers, treating them with respect and dignity. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance.
