Description
We seek a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our cryptocurrency exchange platform's user engagement and retention initiatives. This role will be crucial in developing strategies to enhance user experience, implement gamification elements, and drive user loyalty across our CEX, Exchange Token, and TG Game products.

Responsibilities
Day 1 (Launch Phase):
1. Develop and implement initial user engagement strategies, including a basic referral program and simple gamification elements.
2. Design and launch the first version of VIP tiers with clear benefits to attract and retain high-value users.
3. Collaborate with the development team to implement a basic points system that rewards user activities.
4. Work on the tokenomics framework for a tiered token system that incorporates utility, governance, and engagement tokens, aligned with user activity and platform growth.
5. Set up analytics tools to track key engagement metrics and user behavior.
On-going:
1.
Continuously analyze user behavior data and market trends to optimize engagement features and inform product decisions.
2. Refine and expand the affiliate and referral programs, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with the overall engagement strategy.
3. Enhance gamification elements, including achievements, challenges, and rewards, to increase platform stickiness.
4. Develop and implement advanced loyalty programs that synergize with the token ecosystem and gamification elements.
5. Regularly review and optimize VIP tiers to ensure they remain attractive and competitive.
6. Work cross-functionally to ensure all engagement programs (affiliate, referral, gamification, and tokenomics) flow cohesively with one another, creating a unified user experience.
7.
Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to keep our engagement strategies innovative and effective.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to align user acquisition strategies with engagement and retention efforts.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in gaming, fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency industries.
2. Proven track record of developing successful user engagement and retention strategies.
3. Strong understanding of gamification principles and their application in digital products.
4. Experience with loyalty programs, affiliate marketing, and referral systems.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex user data.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills,
with the ability to work effectively across departments.
7. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
8. Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and trading concepts is highly desirable.
Tools:
1. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA.
2. Familiarity with UX/UI design tools like Figma.
