As Sales Coordinator, you'll work with a team that’s committed to delivering exceptional service, always believing that anything is possible while having fun at work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth running of the sales department, ensuring all aspects of the hotel’s proactive sales initiatives are executed and total revenue is maximized.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction and comfort by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Help achieve departmental objectives, supporting hotel initiatives and targets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships while promoting the Resort’s culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and follow best practices for internal and external audits, with appropriate follow-up as required.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not essential.
- A hands-on approach with a "can-do" attitude.
- Personal integrity, with a drive to work in an environment that demands excellence.
- Experience working with various IT systems is beneficial.
