The idealCandidate:
We are looking for adynamic and creative individual,
#Emirati national, to join ourregional marketing team. As our regional social media champion youwill be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing onlinecommunities, and driving brand awareness and customerengagement.
- ContentCreation: Develop innovative and engaging content for varioussocial media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook,Instagram, and TikTok. Content should align with our brand identityand target audience.
- Community Management:Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and reviewsacross all social media channels promptly and professionally.Foster positive relationships with our online community and addressany issues or concerns in a timelymanner.
- Campaign Management: Plan and executesocial media campaigns and promotions to increase brand visibility,drive traffic to our website, and ultimately boost bookings andrevenue. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, makingdata-driven adjustments as needed to optimizeresults.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with themarketing team, graphic designers, photographers, and otherstakeholders to coordinate content creation, scheduling, andposting. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment ofmessaging and promotions.
- Social Media Trends:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, andbest practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth,and propose strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.
Analytics and Reporting: Track andanalyze key social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success ofour social media efforts. Prepare regular reports summarizingperformance insights, trends, and recommendations forimprovement.
- JobRequirement
- Bachelor's Degree orMaster's Degree in Marketing orHospitality.
- Social Media community knowledge /management, aware of marketing and PR best practices, writing foradvertising and media.
- Good Interpersonalskills, self motivated, ability to work in a team, attention todetail and adhere to deadlines.
- GoodCommunication skills, ability to communicate and writewell.
