• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the Division & the Online Sales Portal using scripts.
• Analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of a customer's current infrastructure and operations & provide technical help and answer any questions customers may have.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Profile the customer, enter and update customer information in the database, and maintain the customer base.
• Generate customer demand and push for sales.
• Take orders, send quotes, and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Complete minimum talk time, sales calls, service calls, and other business compliance requirements.

Requirements
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, preferably in an IT Pre-Sales/E-Commerce/Technical Sales (Calling) environment.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of a wide range of hardware and software technologies, preferably Windows 7 & 10 operating systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English; Hindi & Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- College/University Degree.
- Technical certifications are an added advantage.
- Should be sales target-oriented and able to deliver the numbers as per the business targets/requirements.
- Must be multitasking and able to handle pressure.
