Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in UAE in a contracting company
- Holding Diploma or equivalent degree in Quantity Surveying is preferable
- Familiarity with forms of contracts
- Conversant in AUTO CAD, and CAD Measure based measurements
- Familiarity with MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Taking off quantities of Sub-Structure, Architectural, Landscaping,
and Structural work
- Quantity verifications using CAD or site measure
- Preparation of independent assessments for variations
- Tender analysis and quantity take off for lump sum projects
- Reviewing and validating payment applications
- Reviewing and validating final accounts and additional cost claims
- Reviewing and validating subcontractor payment applications
- Collaboration and working as part of a team
Education: Diploma/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Quantity Surveying is preferable.
Experience: At least 2-4 years in UAE in a contracting company.
