Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients (B2B), and driving growth for the company.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and research potential business opportunities through market analysis, industry trends, and competitor insights.
- Lead a Sales / Marketing team of 2 to develop strategies for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products or services and highlighting their value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business development efforts.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences,
and trade shows to promote brand awareness and foster new partnerships.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience in a specific industry or vertical relevant to the company's target market.
- Prior experience with contract negotiation and deal closing.
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
