Position: Technical Manager
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
We're seeking a Technical Manager to join our esteemed principals in Dubai. If you're a Chief Engineer with experience in Bulk Carriers and Tankers, we want to hear from you!
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of vessels under Ship Managers
- Monitor vessel classification society requirements, and flag state requirements are always in compliance.
- Monitor vessel purchases and accounts and work closely with the commercial department of the owners.
- Oversee fleet operations and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with ship managers to address technical issues and, maintenance requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to onboard and shore-based teams.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Chief Engineer with experience in Bulk Carriers and Tankers.
- Minimum 2 years as Technical Superintendent for Bulk Carriers.
- Proficient in vessel operations, maintenance, and regulations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
