**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Head Chef in creating and implementing menu items, recipes, and food presentation.
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and ensure that all food production meets quality standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and procedures.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create a positive and productive work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen, with a focus on Filipino cuisine.
- Knowledge of central/mass production techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Commercial Kitchen: 5 years (required)
- Filipino Cuisine: 7 years (required)
**Language**:
