Job Title: Sales Manager - Building Decoration Materials
Company: TLP building materials trading L.L.C
Location: Dubai
**Salary**: AED 2,000 + Commission
Visa Requirement:
**Only applicants with their own valid visa to work in UAE can apply.**
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Job Requirements: Proven experience in sales, particularly in building materials, sound insulation, or acoustic products.
Knowledge of the construction industry and architectural acoustics is a plus.
Sales Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of Acoustic SandPanels or similar acoustic materials.
Ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute a sales strategy that targets both wholesale and retail customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and opportunities.
The salary is negotiable.
**Salary**: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
