Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
- Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
- Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
- Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
- Updating and maintaining document management systems.
- Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
- Organize and categorize various documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence, using appropriate document management systems.






- Monitor document distribution and track document retrieval to maintain accurate records of document movements.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
