**Cold Calling**: A key component of telesales is making cold calls to potential customers to establish contact. This entails calling potential real estate buyers who may not have expressed interest in real estate yet.
**Product Knowledge**: The real estate properties that telesales specialists are marketing must be thoroughly understood. This includes details about the location, features, pricing, and any special promotions or offers.
**Client Needs Assessment**:
Telesales representatives must pay close attention to what potential customers are saying in order to comprehend their wants, preferences, and financial limitations. In order to match clients with suitable properties, this information is crucial.
**Property Presentation**: It's critical to communicate real estate properties over the phone effectively. Telesales agents should be able to describe the benefits and special selling factors of properties.
**Overcoming Objections**: Telesales representatives need to be adept at addressing potential customers' worries and objections. They must answer any questions and allay any fears by giving information and assurance.
**Database Management**: Keeping accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback is important for effective follow-up and future sales efforts.

**Meeting Sales Targets**:

- Proven experience as a Tele sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Computer literacy and familiarity with property listing portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, etc)
- Real estate experience is highly preferable.
- 5 days training shall be required for the selected applicant.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
