We are looking for a qualified Customer Executive who will offer excellent customer service support. The CSE will ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide information to prospective students regarding driving programs, schedules, and fees.
- Assist students in the registration process and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Schedule driving lessons and manage instructor calendars to optimize availability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events. **Resolved customer complaints promptly and professionally,
ensuring high levels of satisfaction.**:
- Conducted customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvement. Promoted additional driving courses and services to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Language Fluency: Urdu & English speaker
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in UAE
- Able to join immediately.
- Well versed in Microsoft package.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good relationship building skills.
Pay: AED3,300.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
