**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of facility maintenance, including kitchens, dining areas, and storage facilities.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, ensuring timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment, ensuring all is operational and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain and repair kitchen appliances including ovens stoves chillers freezer, chiller and freezer room, dishwasher, robot coupe, blender etc.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all facilities and equipment, minimizing downtime and extending lifespan.
- Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget,





ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly in food-handling areas.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs and services, maintaining strong relationships and overseeing contract compliance.
- Train staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment, as well as health and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.
- Monitor and manage all inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment parts
- Assist in maintaining the restaurant's physical appearance including painting carpentry work and general repair

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
- Strong technical skills related to kitchen equipment and building maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.






- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to the food industry.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.
