**Job Brief**
**Key Responsibilities**
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary
resources and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target expat clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new clients in the target
demographic.
- Leverage the existing client base and network to expand the customer portfolio.
Property Listing Management
- Source, qualify, and maintain a portfolio of 10-20 high-quality property listings suitable for expat clients.
- Collaborate with property owners, developers, and builders to secure listings.
Negotiation and Sales Closures
- Handle negotiations on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Facilitate the sales process from initial inquiry to final transaction, providing exceptional customer service
throughout.
Market Insights and Reporting
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales
strategies and decisions.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a focus on secondary sales
- Demonstrated success in selling properties to expats.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- An existing network within the target demographic is a plus.
