Report Maker cum Social Media coordinator

Experienced Report maker required for a facility management company and Beauty Saloon
1. She should be capable to deal with the team leader.
2. Coordinate with the office and team.
3. Report making, complete & submit it to the client on time.
4. Coordinate with the transport.
5. Preparing Team plan.
6. Monitor the daily site completion and make sure to collect the completion certificate in office.
7. Must be a MS Office expert.
9 Attending the saloon enquiry calls / messages and guide the customers.
10.. Making the posters relating to saloon services and posted in the social media platform.
11.
Should be aware of all running events and promotions relating to beauty products and services.
12. Managing the existing customers and bring new customers through, what's app, Facebook, Instagram, tick tok or any other social media platform.
13. Maintaining the customer data base.
14. Coordination with the saloon beauticians and customers.
15.. Scheduling the customer appointments accordingly.
16. Arranging the saloon home services and make sure with the beauticians to complete all the task within specified time.
17. Should be aware about all the services in the ladies saloon.
Preferred who live near to Deira ,Qusais, Alnahda AREA.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to Relocate:
