**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development and Lead Generation**:
- Research and pinpoint potential clients and untapped markets.
- Use various channels such as networking, cold calls, and events to generate new leads.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients.
- Understand and anticipate client needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with proactive sales service.
**Sales Presentations and Closing Deals**:
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to streamline client onboarding processes.
**Meeting Sales Targets**:
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and performance feedback.
**Industry and Product Expertise**:
- Stay current with industry developments, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Provide product feedback to the development team based on client interactions and market insights.
**Team Collaboration and Strategy**:
- Work with the marketing department to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Liaise with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in a sales executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Well-organized with excellent time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in the telecom sector is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
**Work Environment**:
- This role may require travel to meet with clients and attend relevant events.
