**Hiring **for **MEP Draughtsman** (Dubai experienced)

**Looking for a hardworking and dedicated Fitout MEP Draftsman to join immediately (URGENT JOINNING)**
Salary will be based on experience.
1. To monitor the ongoing design activities especially **Mall drawing** and detailing drawings as per requirements of consultant and client.
2. **Must be experienced in MEP design and detail drawings.**
3. Supervises the preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specifications,s and calculations from engineers, surveyors and architects, and MEP engineers.

To critically review the relevant documents prior to the start of construction.
5. Work experience with Dubai Fitout construction would be preferred.
6. Checks and corrects work prepared by others in order to conform to standards, specifications, and design requirements.
7. Prepare finished drawings for construction work from sketches, specifications, and field notes.
8. He should know how to draw **Conceptional Architecture, Detail Architecture, Detail MEP.**
9. Prepares MEP calculations for **HVAC drawings, plumbing, drainage, piping, and small substation and electrical works.**
10. Design change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, fire fighting design.
11. Identify any deviation in the design and provide justification for the deviation.
12. Experience in MEP design detailing.
13. Report to the design manager as well as the MEP manager for smooth coordination of design work
14. Experienced in local UAE Procedures.
15. Able to prepare quick, simple, and accurate hand calculations to check the design of others.
16.
**Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting tools.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Conceptual Arch., Detail Arch., and Detail MEP Drawings: 1 year (required)
- Worked in Fitout Company Dubai: 1 year (required)
- MEP DRAUGHTSMAN: 1 year (required)
