Job Title : Business Consultant with Accounting Background (Russian speakers only)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Consultant with an Accounting background to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their company's administration, accounting, and legal needs.

Your role will involve providing expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them optimize their business operations and achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities :

- Provide comprehensive consulting services to clients in the areas of administration, accounting, and legal compliance.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' business operations,





identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Assist clients in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance their financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports, including financial statements, cash flow projections, and budget analysis.
- Provide expertise in tax planning and compliance, ensuring clients are in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Advise clients on legal matters related to business operations, including contracts, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
- Collaborate with clients' internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administration, accounting, and legal compliance.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant)





or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Consultant or similar role, with a strong background in accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with legal requirements and compliance standards related to business operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient in using accounting software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
