**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in customer service and social media management, preferably in the aesthetic medical field.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Whats app and others.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments or answering phone calls.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Uphold the center’s policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, patient privacy, and ethical conduct.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service and social media management, preferably in the aesthetic medical field.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus but not required.
- Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team,
depending on the center’s needs.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours or weekends as needed (depending on the center’s needs).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with the clinic’s brand image.
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
