We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mobile Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional home healthcare services to patients. The Mobile Nurse will primarily be responsible for delivering treatment to patients at their location, accompanying doctors during home visits, collecting blood samples and performing PCR tests at various patient locations, and offering assistance and support to patients in need.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-quality nursing care and treatment to patients in the comfort of their homes.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive home healthcare services.
- Accompany doctors during home visits to assist in providing medical care and support to patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications, dress wounds, monitor vital signs, and perform other nursing interventions as required.
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Safely collect blood samples and perform PCR tests at various patient locations following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families, fostering a positive and compassionate healthcare environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including therapists, social workers, and home health aides, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures governing nursing practice and patient care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or a similar setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in conducting blood draws and performing PCR tests is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various patient locations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet patient needs.
- CPR certification and other relevant certifications may be required.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in patient care
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- nursing: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Eligibility letter or DHA (preferred)
